I know it’s weird but I’m so paranoid about busting tiles in the bed. The tile store we use is an hour and a half away and includes I65 in Birmingham which is possibly the worst road in the state. Got a little extra cushion in the cab, so I just stack it all in there. Haven’t dented a floorboard…yet

I put all my kitchen and baffroom tiles in my bed. Started raining hard. Cardboard boxes were toast.

No biggie just had to move stacks of tiles without boxes. Hahaha I actually think easier on my old back.

Alright design question now. This won’t be done for a while but I’m sitting in the living room staring at it so thought I’d ask for ideas.

this is an old closet in the den, and it has one of our air returns in it. We truly don’t know what we will use it for one day, if ever. Might just wall it off to give a hard corner to the living room and allow the kitchen space on the backside to use it.

    anybody have any suggestions?

Bookcase is a possibility but already have a pantry.

Plumbing is not close, it’s the other side of the kitchen sorta. Also planning a wet bar in the basement.

Don’t have a photo currently but if you look at the far left of the photo you can barely see the side of the fridge. Between the fridge and this closet is a small hall that the pantry is in, behind the fridge, and then it leads to the formal dining.

only thing I could really foresee it being used as for the kitchen is extra cabinets just for storage but thats all. We have a pretty large kitchen and don’t really need that though.

I'm building a wood mantel for a friend and plan on mounting it with metal L brackets. The fireplace is 80's brick and am not sure of what anchors to use. The mantel is 60" x 7" x 4" and it won't be heavy as it will be built as a hollow box.

Pool light wasn't working and breaker wasn't tripped. A new switch from Amazon fixed it.

When you need to replace the cap rail on a 10 year old deck and you find that the top and bottom rail have sagged 1/2", you remove the sag.

Carries farm jack in truck for 10 years, never use, use once for deck rail.

    Still, looks like fun!
