Oil inside coil pack

In changing my plugs, the plug on the far right on the driver's side, has oil on and in the coil pack as well as on the plug itself. Is this bad?

 

It’s not good. It means the valve cover seals are leaking.
It’s not a bad job, if you are capable of doing spark plugs. I’d bet you can tackle that job too.

Its only just the one that was like that, but same deal? Here's pics of all the other plugs. In order from back to front..

And, so far, I have done my ujoints, carrier bearing and now plugs, not to mention I change my own oil. I don't like other people messin with my truck, ya know?! lol

But now that I think about it, Indo believe you are right, makes sense why there was oil on a couple other plugs but not near as bad as that one!

Not urgent to repair if you don't mind having to check the oil level often. I personally hate oil leaks and this repair isn't too bad to tackle yourself considering all the repairs you have done so far. So can also clean/degrease the engine to verify if new oil is leaking from the valve cover, just for confirmation.

 

It would be a good idea to do it sooner than later as it can cause misfires, also change the coil boots (after you fix the oil leak of course) that had oil on them as it will swell and deteriorate them.

I wouldn’t say URGENT.
If I were in your situation, I’d put the new plugs in and get the gaskets fixed as soon as feasibly possible. Like others have said, it can/will eventually cause misfires. I’ve seen a lot more oil in them than that and the engine was running fine(some how).
To be honest, the only time I ever seen a misfire was when my Aunt used the high pressure hose at the car wash to clean her engine. Water got in to the plug wells and caused it misfire badly.

I don’t do this stuff every day, so I’m learning just like everyone else too
