He missed the part about pump gas. Yea not really trying to push 10.0:1 much beyond what I'm already running. Less static compression + more boost will not only be safer, it will make more power.

Looks good, but looks like you could use a little more fuel on the top end. 11.5:1 AFR would be my target. Anything over 12:1 would worry me under high load

Yea its set to 8psi, it can get up to 10 just revving it, but it seems to peak at around 6psi in 1st

How do you guys go about not getting a CEL after installing long tube headers? I can't find a reliable O2 sim for our trucks. What gains are being seen after replacing exhaust/headers on a procharged taco?

You can disable the Mil with the HpTuner. Freeing up the exhaust on a boosted vehicle will unlock more horsepower.

I was looking at doug thorley headers thy-515-ls-c, and URD Spec-U Exhaust, 2005-2012 Tacoma V6, would this make a complete exhaust setup?

The URD Spec-U equal length headers are what your engine really wants. Those plus a Y-pipe will make the biggest improvements. Then the catback portion.

I read that those Spec U headers were a pain in the ass to install, is that still true or did they iron out the fitment issues?

It's a bit of a challenge but I'd still get them over the DTs if I had to do it again.

Remove the studs closest to the firewall. Then it is easy

The spec u headers are definitely worth the trouble to install imo. Like said above once you remove the studs and get the steering shaft out of the way they aren’t bad
