Would this work with the factory skid plate? And does the bull bar part interfere with the radar sensor?

I bought a few items from you guys and must say, the powder coating sucks. Ditch lights and bed reinforcement are chipped and rusting... granted, been a few years, but still not great QC imho.

Can one of these be ordered in bed-liner vs the powder coat?

We sell ours only in powdercoat. If you are dead set on bed liner we could sell you a raw one!
