Good work! This is why so many of our public land use areas are being closed.. Then people get pissed at the govt. for closing the areas they(we) like to play...

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
Pissed off, too slow to get my camera out.

A sow (mother grizzly) and cub darted out in front of my truck yesterday.

About 30 minutes later, a black bear does the same, just bolts into the bush.

Nice local day trip, just exploring and got a few short hikes in. Best part, had the mountains and trails to myself, no other trucks or folks.

Yep, just an hour drive from my front door to this trailhead saw a big convoy of Jeeps heading to Black Bear Pass from my vantage point above Hwy 550. If you ever get the chance to get to the western slope of Colorado you will not be disappointed in your offroad opportunities.

Yankee Girl Mine if I'm not mistaken. Took that route a few years back to bypass a traffic stoppage/accident on the 550. Fun trail to boot. Love your stomping grounds my friend, and love seeing your pics. Thank you for bringing me back to where we've been and new places to go next.

Today I found this riparian area in Arizona that had burned down. I wanted to drive up to the blackened trees in the background but the wheels started to feel floaty, I was alone and it was 109 outside.

You bet! If I had a build page I'd direct you there...

    - Tacoma hubs on full leaf pack with shocks.
    - Full size 285/70/17 tires.
    - Cut open box to accommodate a swing style tail gate.
    - Custom built steel lid with rusted patina and LED lights

    - 2 - 5lb propane tanks with off road ontario mounting brackets
    - custom fabricated water carrier mounts for 2 20ltr jugs
    - painted gloss white at the autobody shop
