those Kinda work. I had the same experience and wound up ordering custom molded weathertech floor mats front and back and so glad i did. Waaaaaay better- check em out!
Not cheap but worth it

 

Did some chrome deleting on the interior and got a new start button. The climate rings, shifter knob trim ring, and the start button ring are from AJT Designs. The cup surround trim is from MESO, and the TRD start stop button is a MESO button bought from Bustabeatgeorge.com. Would have loved one stop shopping but had to hunt to find stuff in stock, and I don't think MESO is going to re-stock TRD stuff any more.

 

How is everyone attaching patches? Velcro?

 

Scored a Taco Hotwheel, while in Washington Walmart. Ain’t no way am I paying $5+. Lol

I just slowly pushed them to the headliner and moved side to side with them and so far so good. The patches from the National parks are iron on one's that I put velcro on.

 

I did the Start X remote start for the Tacoma today. Super easy install, only took 15-20 minutes. I know I could have paid for this with Toyota, but this is cheaper in the long run.

 

Already had some 10ga wire to the back of the truck for my shell, so i added a sae connector to my 300p hard mounted it in one of my tuffy bed boxes. Installed a sae plug to the side of the box so all i have to do is plug the pump in turn it on connect my hose and go. Also added a net to the roof of my shell

I'm looking for an exterior wall spare tire mount for my cargo trailer build but can't find any. Would you mind taking off your spare tire when you have time and take a picture of the mount? Intech builds a quality trailer and I'm sure their style of mount would be good for what I'm wanting to do.

I just haven't done the snail cover thing. Probably be a while for that...not much of a need right now.

 

Just received the Autogine interior led kit. Installed just the rt. and lt. sides of the rt side vanity/mirror lights. Now dome light doesn't work. Fuse not blown, bulb not burnt out.

 

Had an early day... So it was time to sound deaden the doors and install the upgrade Kicker 6x9's in the front doors...

I deadened most of the outer skin of the driver's door.. It definitely has a different "ring" to it compared to the other doors. Took my time. Pics to follow. Passenger 6x9 is tomorrow morning...

Say, has anyone noticed reduced gas mileage with all the deadening installed? (It is Friday, after all...)

 

Yeah no problem.

The trailer is currently being stored at my parents house , but the next time I go over there I will get you some pics.

 

Please share results of ur sound deadening and new 6x9's I want to do this

 

I like those in my 22 TRD but I am going to replace them with weather tech mats before winter

 

It's all smiles per gallon after the audio upgrades are done. Same for lifts, wheels and tires.

 

finally was able to install my father’s day present: Ironman awning and awning room. I had to wait on the Yakima easy off awning mount to arrive from Australia.
