Look closely, there's no CV axle shaft. Those are 2WD lift spindles, not portals.

First thing I thought of when I looked at those pics,

    NAVY

No not an insult that a navy guy would build that.

It reminded me of a contest the salt licks would have when they went into some ports.

(I tried my best but could not make it sound politically correct, sorry in advance )

"Who could bring the ugliest date back to the boat after sleeping with them"

The spindles look neatly machined, but all the nickle chrome and those dopey rims just don't do it for me.

At least he didn't squat the rear end.

You did not want to be fully awake looking at those pics anyways.
In fact I would recommend a couple shots of rum before you scroll back.

(not dissing their work/taste of course)

Ruined a perfectly great truck. Why not do that with a Chevy or RAM?

    Good day everyone,

I am currently looking for a used ARB Summit bumper for a 3rd Gen Tacoma.

I can trade my black OEM bumper plus cash or just cash.

If not allowed feel free to delete the post.

    Thank you

Check out in the Canada buy and sell thread, might find one there. This thread moves quickly so many will see it and more will probably miss the post alltogether

Ah, a time before the collapsible steering shaft when cars were built like tanks with ash trays and lighters instead of coin holders and auxiliary ports. When a key was needed in the door to unlock it. When dodgy electrical wiring would light up the dash but not the brakes. When you could save a nickle and buy the leaded gas instead. When throttle cables would freeze up on a long winter drive leaving you to negotiate the off ramp at ludicrous speed while simultaneously hammering your foot on the accelerate to break the cable free and learning bowl control. Yes, the golden age of automobiles!

The moment when you realize 2 Girls 1 Cup is a trailer to an hour-long film... Front suspension is Bilstein 5100s on the highest setting combined with big spacers and self-fabricated 2WD lift spindles:

Multiple rattlecans were used. Note the paint runs on the SPC UCA:

It's OK. The first picture of the Tundra flareside rear end will make you blind anyways, the remaining pictures can't do any more damage:

I just don’t get how they made the lower ball joint mount. Assuming it’s welded above the wheel hub. A lot of work for a “look” and absolutely no function. What ever though. Atleast the spindles aren’t just a hacked stock pair.

Probably just a thick plate welded at ~90 deg to the back of the spindle. The 1st gen Tundra lower ball joint is on the steering stop bracket, so the spindle just needs 4 bolt holes.

Thermal clutch fan for the tacoma's if memory serves,
Basically a bimetal clock spring in the centre that expands to open a valve to allow a fluid to flow which then rotates the fan.

Full "lockup" occurs depending on manufactures somewhere between 85-95 dec C on the air temp as it passes over that clock spring.

So I'll let the true techs take it from there, but I think you can see where this is going...
