Yeah I saw and read that whole thing, lol. I think I’m at the point with is it worth doing. Just figured asking other owners their thoughts and opinions and if any others did it if they were happy they did.

 

Hey Brandon, I see you're from Etown, I'm not far from you in Perry County, I come to Etown quite frequently to visit my grandchildren. Up here you need good lighting, deer everywhere and dark curvy narrow roads. I really didn't want to drop $1500 for headlights so I tried after market bulbs, but those aren't great in a halogen housing and I didn't want to be one of those guys blinding every one. I can tell you, even though it was pretty expensive, every time I drive at night I'm very pleased with the light output. Just make sure you aim them correctly afterwords or you will be blinding people.

Morning PA! Hope everybody had a better "morning" than I did.

Sure you guys know of that nice mailbox I put up back in February. Well, it only last 4 months...







Happened around 12:15 this morning, not even an hour after checking my mail. Mother heard it and said it was like a gray F250, but the asshole took off. So, looks like I'm doing this again tomorrow. Won't get any mail today, but I gotta go to work here shortly...

Good early afternoon gents. Was supposed to do a windshield today but got pushed out till tomorrow. So I gonna try to tackle the mid pipe install on my motorcycle.

 

Time to build up a nice big brick and concrete base structure for your mailbox. If someone is going to cause damage to your mailbox you might as well return the favor by making sure they can't drive away. Just a suggestion. LOL

 

Wish I could, but then I'd be liable for damages to someone's vehicle or a snow plow...

that’s what home owners insurance is for. Plus if someone is stupid enough to claim YOU are liable for damaging their vehicle when they drive onto YOUR property and hit YOUR mailbox I think the judge would have an easy case.

I’m really considering it just wanted to see if others did it and they were happy with it. Yeah I got to figure out the aiming part that’s one of the things I’m not totally sure. I just got a set of Diode Dynamics fog lights in amber and will be the same with those getting the aiming right. Yeah we got the deer and backroads around here as well as you know. I’ve just had more and more trouble seeing at night even at 42. Thought maybe upgrading may help and the styling looked better.

 

There’s a reason it’s called the Zupra. It’s just a z4 with redesigned Toyota metal bits.

And the mid pipe install is done. Found a bunch of loose bolts glad I decided to do this. Things I guess the dealer over looked when building out of the crate. It's actually a little to loud now. But will wake people up at lights.
