That's a horrible idea. What time?
Made it back with a new high way speed wobble. May have to wash the truck after all and crawl under.

Yeah. All I got was a traction control light on the way home.

Awesome pics! And awesome job making it through fpk super cleanly today! I broke down on the way home. The issue was the edelbrock fuel filter….

I think I had an electrical short to start with but Kim nailed it when he said it was pump orientation. The filter is two pieces and the twist inside each other. I think the fact it was under suction, made it break the seal and pull air into the pump instead of fuel.

Sorry about the breakdown. Should have followed ya. And thanks. That trail was completely different from the last time I ran when I was working mids. Part of that trail, the upper half, reminded me of Big Levels. I followed a jeep there too!

Nah I’m a country boy. I can change a head gasket on the side of a road if I need too. But thank you!

Someone smarter please help. I don't understand why these off-road trailers have off-road tires. They don't provide any sort of traction or propulsion. I figure as long as the tow vehicle is pulling, you could put bicycle tires on it. Other than puncture protection (which any e-rated tire would do), I see no point. All for looks then?

    wanna be mods
Well how am I supposed to match my truck/jeep/Hyundai Santa Fe wheels and tires?!?

Funny tid-bit, yesterdays camper trailer work "day" was shortened due to my nephew's 3rd Birthday party just around the corner from my in-laws... anyways I realized I have a rub between these 255/70r16 wildpeaks and the 3/8" pvc "conduit" running, so besides realizing I'll be pulling both wheels off (still haven't done drivers inside wheel "well" conduit run) and heating and smushing/flatting that section where the tires rubbing it. Then I was like, hmmm if I still have this by the time I need new tires on it, maybe I'll just get pizza cutter sized road tires vs. ATs...since I had the same thought process run through my head after taking them off, especially given these aren't E-rated and don't have really any added tread or sidewall layers, so aside from just having thicker/beefier tread lugs and more aggressive overlap onto the sidewalls, it really is about the look.

What gets me is within this runaway brand, they have a very ruggedized line with axle-less suspension, 33 ATs on 16" methods, extra wide black fenders, rear drop leg stabilizer jack stands, etc. So on some of these social media groups, half of them are being pulled by Cars, CR-V's, etc. (To be fair I've also seen a nice t4r taking it through trails and whoopdewhoops, medium off road articulation).

Again I think it's the appeal of the off-road oriented "look" and it amazes me that, even with small sampling to pull from, that they fork out that extra $3k+ for bells and whistles they will likely never use/need. It's still a 4x8 or 6x8 trailer with the same AC, 110 hookup, interior base & options...but what do I know, mines been in the FiLs garage for 3 weeks now:anonymous:

Anywho looks like y'all had a blast yesterday. Was it busy?
