@12TRDTacoma , how long after my cam install should i take it easy? before giving it the FULL can o beans? just finished. thing sounds sooooo awesome!!

 

I give everything I own full rip immediately after. I wouldn't even worry about it.

I damn sure followed this methodology after my cam install on my LS and never had a problem. If you want to sleep better at night change the oil after 500 miles, but I personally never even thought twice about break in or any of that immediately after my installs.

exhaust note dropped in frequency, more baritone now. sounds more like a supra than a truck. as @Athlaos said its a game changer. really sounds cool even driving in vaccum.

I believe you are correct, that Shelby rates power at the CRANK, not the wheel.

I'm a Shelby owner, but I don't think much of most things coming out of Shelby American in recent years - modest power upgrades with an excess of badging, aero bits, and cost.

 

I will say one thing. They sure know how to make a good looking vehicle that's for sure!

 

It’s crank. And from what I’ve seen on TRX forums they aren’t really 775hp crank too

Hey if you got a phone and Google you can easily upload a short clip on YouTube. The age of technology my friend.

 

Hell at least on Android all you have to do is click on your photo/video, Share -> Create Link and you're done!

 

Yeah I don't know about all the normie iPhone owners. Maybe they can upload it using iUpload with their super fast thunderbolt cable.
