I'd say you got your money's worth then. I'd be happy to get half that mileage to be honest.

So I just replaced them as they were causing some issues due to some un even wear that I will attribute to my lack of time and trusting the dealership, I will be rotating them my self moving forward or marking them when I take them into a shop. Same exact tire, let's see if I can get another 100K out of them :D

I've been looking for these or Goodyear DuraTracs in 265/65r17 but no place has them in stock. Any suggestions for good alternatives? I live on the west coast of Michigan. I don't really do any off roading (yet) but I don't want to have to worry about the roads during the winter. I plan on leaving them on all year.
I wish I could get the Firestones, but it doesn't seem like that will happen.

Swing by the nearest Tires Plus or Firestone Auto Care and they will order them for you. You shouldn't have to pay until they're on your truck. May take a week or two.

No, but the Firestone Auto closest to me couldn't even get them. The Toyota service center I go to got me the DuraTracs, so at least there's that. They'll get put on Monday.

I have a set of X/T 265/75R16. I put on about 15k miles on them with no issues at all.

I figured I’d put my thoughts in here:
Have about 5-600 miles on these 265/75R16 Destination XTs. Did an absolutely ungodly amount of research and decided on these. The weight (45lbs) and E load rating are what sold me. Only caveat is they have fewer plies than some E loads but that is the trade off for the lighter weight. Noise is definitely there if you listen but it is quite faint and has not bothered me at all. Ride is somewhat stiffer and small imperfections are more noticeable. However, it is a small increase and doesn’t make the truck feel busy or uncomfortable. Last thing for me is performance and gas mileage. I don’t feel any real change in acceleration honestly and truck doesn’t hunt for gears similar to the stock setup. Gas mileage I like to keep track of and previously would get about 19.2-19.5 average. The past two tanks on these tires I’ve been doing the same commute and have been getting 19.0 mpg.

Very pleased with the tires and would definitely buy them again.

Looks great! What PSI have you been running in the tires? Just got a pair in similar size.

I converted to metric LT E Load from metric SL pressures for weight capacity which resulted with 36 PSI up from 30.

Hey guys new to the group I'm getting a set of XTs installed tomorrow 265/70/17 on a stock 2020 trd sport. From reading thru the comments I'd say a safe assumption would be to run 35 to 37lbs of air in these tires? Any thoughts comments appreciated. Thanks!!

Welcome to tacomaworld! 35-37lbs is way too high. I'd first start with 30lbs and do a chalk test, or just see how they're wearing.

Edit: Totally disregard this advice, forgot that the XT's were load range E only:anonymous:

Reviving this thread while I'm at it...

Anybody running the XT's in 285/75R16? The low weight is very attractive. Has anybody had issues with the fewer number of plies?
