sway bar after 3'' lift

should i purchase the toyotec swaybar relocate kit. if im installing the 3'' ultimate lift kit if so whats the pros of doing this mod and if i dont do this what would be the cons? THANKS!!

 

I think you have to for the Ultimate lift. The collar is too big and rubs the sway bar. Or you just run without one which will give you more flex, but slightly less street response.

I just removed mine and couldn't be happier. Just remember to drive it like a lifted truck and not a sports car. (Disclaimer: removing the anti-sway bar CAN become a safety issue.) <---- In a lawyer voice. It rides better, has more travel, and I can't tell much of a difference in body roll. But I drive like a grandma in the truck 99% of the time also.

So if you drive normally and dont take sharp turns you should be fine without a sway bar?

 

yes. semi-sharp turns are ok. I took my sway bar off today.
