    Brand new.
Learned something interesting today, needed to replace my TSS sensor panel on my Trd pro grille as mine took a good rock to it and cracked it, so instead of purchasing a new one, say from Taco Vinyl, I looked at theirs for $ 69.99 and matched the part # that's injection molded into the back of the part to one on Amazon and purchased it for $24.99. Wow what an upcharge for a vendor. Thanks Amazon

Now all i have to do is figure a way to waterproof the sensor better to stop it from getting wet and not working. Foam just doesn't cut it.
    Suggestions or ideas?

Sprayed my Formula 3000 on over the weekend, not too bad. Looking forward to doing this every year. Honestly, I enjoyed it :)

Depending on locale, a Shell station may not be using Shell produced fuel, but it will be using the Shell licensed additives (secret sauce).

Next time you see a tanker dropping fuel at your favorite station, take a look at who operates it. Most fuel distribution hubs are taking base fuel from the lowest priced source, even mixing them, and then simply blend the licensed additives as it's loaded into the tanker. So, more than likely the Krogers, Sam's, etc. are just base fuel without additives while the Shell, BP, and Marathons are adding their fuel system cleaning additives. The licensed additives are strictly controlled and samples taken at the terminal before the tanker leaves to ensure they are within tolerances.

This is the typical case for Indiana whereas I would expect gas stations closer to fuel refineries to potentially stick with the branded stock.

I had the opportunity to tour a terminal near Oklahoma City and it was an eye opener for sure. It was neat to learn how they manage use of the same pipeline to move gasoline and then a heavy oil and diesel next. They have mechanisms in place to detect the change and switch to different tanks and capture the mixed product in-between to be sent back and refined again back into pure stock.

That's really interesting! I was under the impression "Top Tier" was actually better fuel and not just additives (secret sauce). I've also never really thought about how a pipeline could carry different types of fuel. Appreciate the info!

We've heard that a lot. Never once had something fall out of my personal truck (unless the wind blew it out like a hat or something)

    Nice work!

I absolutely love my CaliRaised premium roof rack. I'm surprised that more people don't run this rack! The brightness of the side lights did leave a little to be desired (they're certainly not "alley lights"), but they're great for lighting up the ground/general area while camping. The ones on the driver side sit below my CVT awning when it's mounted to the rack, which is really nice for lighting up the area under the awning for cooking, etc. I don't think I've ever used the rear ones other than while on a dusty trail during the daytime, to help people behind me see my location a little better.

I did something similar to your wiring setup, but I didn't use the KC wire hider. I ran two 12 gauge wires (coated with thick black silicone insulation) up the driver side and tucked them deep into the channel between the windshield and weather strip. Then I installed black heat shrink tubing over 4-conductor 16 gauge bonded trailer wire, and ran it up the passenger side tucked in the same way. They terminate into waterproof connectors on the roof, which came in handy when I had to have the windshield replaced. I was able to just unplug them all, and pull the wires out of the gap and roll them up into the engine compartment for the day.

Passenger side replacement headlight came in, and all is back to normal with my Taco. Big thanks to the parts guys at Sparks Toyota in Myrtle Beach, SC for making the return and replacement process hassle free.

if you can get a buff-pad. try to run it see how better it is. if not get one of those Plastix "headlight" restore bottles with a microfiber you can polish the section to get it as good as you can. then you can make and assessment.
i manage to hit a orange barrier and tough i had to replace or repaint the whole bumper., i just use the plastix it remove all the orange and was lucky no paint pealed off.

I would note that base fuels also have additives (detergent) because it is regulated they do so. The proprietary blend of detergent and amount in excess of the required minimum is what differs by station.

The black you see in the image is missing paint, the car that hit me was red. I opened a claim, I'll probably take it in next week to get an estimate since I'm taking vacation time next week, I will see what they tell me about wait time, etc. I would prefer to remove the bumper cover leave it with them, and drive the truck home-anyone ever hear about someone doing that?
