    If I recall correctly, I believe some or all of these interactions are over email, or at least documented that way? I don't know if your employer is large enough to have an HR department, but if so, email is the way to CYA in case your butt-hurt-boss ever tried to fuck you over and claim it was your fault. Sad that such a concept is even needed, but so many people are shitbags these days and unreliable.

    How can it be my fault? I was on vacation! We have a calendar that tracks each step in our projects. Records who did what and when. He'd have to change a bunch of stuff but there would be a record of that too as it logs which user made the changes

    ooh.... almost forgot! got a new one.
    still dealing with what to do with the old one
    walmart won't take it back
    the extended warranty says to contact kuerig since its under 1yr old
    so far no word from kuerig

    bought a farberware just to get by - $40 vs $60 - and once i'm through my stash of k cups i'll just go with a regular coffee maker
