I just watched the whole video! it was a great recap of what you experienced!!! Loved it!!! Maybe for 2023 I'm going to head to north baja... just going to take the ferry from mazatlan to la paz and then 1.25-2 months to get to Tijuana and ship the truck back to Mexico City!

That would be a great plan if you have that kind of time!
Baja California is a historic wonderland, so do try to see the 7,500 year-old cave paintings, like these at San Borjitas (near Mulegé), or the old Spanish missions, 25 missions founded from 1697 to 1797 + 2 founded after Mexican independence in the north. There are also old mines that I find interesting. [I know you are aware or have seen many, but for others reading this, I mention the attractions]

That is very kind of you!
I think my book would also enrich your Baja travels... makes these many locations even more interesting, knowing what was there 200-300+ years ago!

Ok, its been a while since my last update... So, lets talk about what I have done...

I got a 270 Awning... its the smittybilt and I FKN LOVE IT! I took it to baja and what a difference! had lots of strong wind and having it secured as it should be, there was no problem at all! Also, I bought the annex for my RTT (the Overlander XL 1st gen from Smittybilt) and it rocks!

And maybe you just saw that there was an upgrade in the interior: Molle system behind the rear seats...

Sound deadening on the roof and behind the molle panel (yup, Amazon basics ftw)

Before I saw the second post with videos, I recognized you were on Playa El Requesón, Baja California Sur!

Wow, such great traveling videos of Baja California's many magical locations. While many of us do not speak Spanish, I think your videos are wonderful for what they show and how a group of friends can have a wonderful time exploring the back country of the California Peninsula!
