    Hey guys,

I'm starting to take the dive into a taco in the near future. I currently drive a 2007 Audi S4 and might be taking the plunge in the next few weeks. I would like to have a truck which is the main reason for the switch and have always liked the tacoma's sowe'll see how it goes. Going from almost 400 hp to a 250 truck is a little scary but exciting at the same time.

    Mike

Almost forgot a link to the truck that I'm gonna take a look at in the next few days.

Hey Mike welcome to TW, I was not able to pull up the link to the truck that you are looking at but if you want the best of both worlds you could always super charge the truck. You'll look good plus go fast.

I was able to link to the truck, nice truck great color DO IT!!

welcome, idk about switching from an S4 to a taco lol. I went from a slammed 97 jetta to a truck and that was a weird switch.

I'm gonna drive a couple first before I make the decision. It's like night and day for me. I also have a 2006 Ducati 749 with a big bore kit so I'm used to going fast. How does the SC do on these? I'm not looking for anything crazy just a truck and also some decent power.

well, if your a stiff about gas prices, don't do it! but your probably not, if you have an 07 s4 with 400hp :p

I went from a modded slammed 01 jetta haha. It was odd but my first vehicle was a 92 toyota pickup so didn't take long to get comfortable again.

I would read up on the manual transmissions. Some like them and some don't. I have a friend with a 97 A4 and thats pretty fast compared to my truck on 33's.
