I saw a TRD OR with an overland camper trailer and three bikes on the roof at the North Adams MA Stop and Shop this afternoon. It had South Carolina plates - figured with the level of modifications it had, it must be one of you guys.

 

Yea it sounds very familiar. Just can't remember his name now. I haven't been to North Adams in years lol .

 

I’ve still got some parts from my 2nd gen Tacoma I need to get rid of. Make offers.

-2 OEM CV axles that need boots and maybe rebuild
-1 Napa CV axle with torn boot
-Auto trans shifter surround piece
-Front ABS lines with sensors
-Upper Control Arm bolts
-Old Man Emu leaf pack bushing (just 2)
-Fumoto Valve (installed and removed next oil change because it hung below my factory splash guard)
-Toyota Oil filter
Might have a few other things. Prefer local pickup for now.

Also have brackets to run square pods in a second gen stock bumper. More parts will probably be found.

Next Saturday I'm having my son's birthday he turns 3 tomorrow.. im inviting everyone kids or not.. byob.. I have a pellet grill and will be cooking out but if you pit masters wanted to come and step up the grill game.. Im not gonna complain.. I'll have fireworks, pool party, will be a bounce house, grilling and possibly looking into a projector and screen to watch movies outside

Changed the transmission fluid in the CT yesterday afternoon. Since I was still at work and even though a tech was handling it, thought I might do part of it. Under transmission is a bar, which after you remove the drain plug, the fluid comes out, hits the bar and goes everywhere! Now I've got some stains on my work khakis and shoes.

Luckily, it's a pretty straight forward job. Drain the old, put in the new until it runs out of the fill hole. Surprisingly, the old fluid wasn't that bad even with 121k miles. Lexus CVTs don't use belts or chains so they are very durable.

Yep. First time I've experienced one while at work. The one Sunday morning was the worst one I've experienced.

 

What happened?
