Ran out of welding wire, had no material and kept breaking the stand when the ram started but I scavenged up some scraps and temp braced it. That piece of dom was my upper link so now I gotta get more.

Plan is to rip that 180 bend in half so I can bend 1.50” also.

Got the fancy intake and can’t use my fuel rail(only works for LS truck injectors which are Delphi multec plugs), injectors(too fat, too high and wrong plug and since I have to run a ev1 ls2 Injector I need an ls2 rail and Holley terminator x kit which is plugged for ev1) or throttle body(3 bolt and need 4 bolt)

God damn gm makes about 10 different injectors or various bore, length and depth. Brain hurts again. Spent 4 hours figuring out wtf I can actually use. Of course it’s the shit that has 3 digit price tags.

Wasn't gonna put a pic of this for a bit cause I didn't know if I could make it work. But, spent the last 2 weeks planning and now that I have all the tubing, flanges and tig and have come up with a very non invasive way to pipe it and it will not interfere with anything other than the hood.

Finally got a few hours to work on truck. Got the towers figured out for the most part.

Not loving bending tube, notching and dealing w DOM as much as I thought. Idk wtf I’m doing and it’s like guessing w everything. I’m so scared to ruin a $50 piece of pipe that its stressful and I can’t be as creative as I want to be which sucks.

and yeah, no more body left up front.

This Agron gas regulator is money. Except it’s not. Had to do Pakistani engineering to make it not leak.

And the water pump is un-pressable so figured out a super easy solution that I should have done before. I got 1.5” spacers and gonna have the machine shop deck them down 3/8” and I’m set.

Hoops done. Needs some hardware for coils and she’ll be a roller.

Way too many things going on at the same time. Super counterproductive. Can’t even walk around. Total shit show.

LMFAO.... Remind me of myself a few months ago when I had a cluster f#ck in my 25'x30' man cave. I was litterily tripping over extension cords, tires, metals, axles.... You name it.

I think they shipped the tube bender to you by mistake... :anonymous:

Thats what I have. 20x35. It sucks, but I can deal with the cluster fuck and still get shit done. I finished up the hoops in flip flops and didn't even trip on anything. Its the losing parts thing. Every fucking day I lose a part that I had the day before and it takes me like 2 hours to find. I lost all my spacers for the coils also. I have to buy those tonight. stupid!

When I'm too cheap and lazy to go buy a hole saw to precisely join two tube together. Cut and grind to fit.

And when DOM get costly after a few mistakes, I cut them out of pcv pipe first to get the right measurement before cutting DOM.

Wish I had a band saw like that. The dom notching has not fucked me YET. But prob will. If pvc could make a 180 degree bend that would be awesome!. I actually figured out that if I want to make an offset bend I just measure the width I want to go and bend to that. But, yeah, dom is fucking expensive. you don't want to go all cowboy and ruin a $30-50 piece. All the other fab, I can just redo it for like $5.

My first two 18" piece of 2" DOM I eyeball and cut shy of the actual. Tape measurement shows I need 16.5" and after cut, I need them to be 18" instead.

Yeah, i sacrificed 2, 4 footers for my hoops. Cut like 6" off each end. Summit ships (2)1.75 4ft lengths for like $56 i think it was. Its like half the price of local.

Shop around all you want but unless you have a cheap ass metal spot like 2 miles away this is the deal.

Finally initially done w suspension. With the current pan I have about 4.75 up and whatever the max on coil is on down. New pan I’ll get about 1 full inch more so I’m gonna set my coil to accommodate.
