1st-2nd gen cab and bed

Ok Guy,
I have a 2003 ext cab auto v6 4x4 that has been turned on its side. The bed and cab is bad. I found a 2000 cab and bed but it’s a standard instead. Will this work?
Wiring, bolts, etc? Will it just bolt right up?
Any other information you can give that will be helpful is much appreciated!

 

You would probably get more/better answers in the 1st gen section but I don't think a regular cab will fit on an extended cab frame.

I think there's an option somewhere, if not just put delete in the title and the mods should take care of it.
