    created an account to follow this. i actually bought GX470 sliders and bumper from EO and went to check for updates earlier this week to find out they are permanently closed. found this thread and have to say thank you for all the info, i disputed the charge with my CC company so hopefully i can get the $1400 back. anyone else hear back on CC disputes?

    Yup, got all $17,982.32 back. I filed with PayPal and AMEX, AMEX had my refund 2 days later, PayPal paid me back the other two transactions about two weeks after the dispute.

    Just an FYI, I spoke with someone at the Division of Consumer Protection in NY. She said they are attempting to get in touch with EO in multiple ways since they've received so many complaints. They do give a full 15 business days for a response to the initial letter before attempting other contact methods.

    I just got my refund through PayPal credit after a few phone calls and 2 different complaints were filed. It took about 2 weeks to go through. Thanks for starting this thread guys I hope you all get your money back

    My purchase was over 180 days. I put the order in on Nov 11. PayPal refused my claim but I bought it through PayPal credit so I got lucky and after explaining everything twice they reopened my claim and I just got it refunded a few days ago. My first attempt with PayPal credit was cancelled so I called back and they opened it again. They told me anywhere from 20-90 days they would contact me. It only took two weeks

    I just got an email from them yesterday saying they haven't received a response from EO and wonder if we've resolved the dispute. I replied that PayPal reimbursed me for my funds but that I thought DCP's investigation should continue because there are so many people that were defrauded by EO.
