    So, when a person replaces the bed rails that are notched for the factory hard top do you only need the 2 rails? No other parts correct?

    If removing trifold and going to no bed cover, then yes pull all mounts off and replace the cut bedrail covers for uncut bedrail covers. Going the other way, there is a whole host of parts. Those covers are stupid expensive though.

    I'm wanting to take my factory cover off. I'm just wanting to make sure there's no other parts besides the 2 rails to replace.

    yeah that’s all you should need. I did the same and just swapped bed rails with the guy who bought my tonneau. Super easy
