    This-n-that. Helped get a big load of shtuff out to monkey mtn yesterday. Mostly ice, food, and stuff for July 4th celebration. Back in town today. Trip to Lowes Walmart, 3 Bears, and landfill. Then get yard mowed and weedeatered.
    Then see what else my back feels up to messing with ... oh, I got some coolers to pressure wash and clorox treat too.

    I'm nursing it along. ;)
    Gots shtuff to do...it feels ok mostly when I'm up and moving. Sit down a bit, then feel it when I stand up, pretty sure it's just strained muscles being a little tender. And the arthritus in my neck flairing a bit too ... keeping a steady flow of motrin in my system. Good old Vitamin "M" ... between the AF & VA it's been a consistent remedy for 30+ yrs. ;)

    Yoshi is just perfect...still feel so lucky and that we were meant to find each other. He's the perfect fit for us.
