I lived in Chicago for a few years in school so I’ll check it out. I like that actor too from Shameless

Agreed, it’s probably a 6.5/10 for me, but I haven’t read the comics. My favorite show this year was Outer Range and I rewatch I Think You Should Leave too much

Yeah he’s pretty good. He plays a similar character here. Kinda weird he’s in two Chicago shows. Haha!

Battlestar Galactica is one of the better shows I've ever seen. That Caprica spin-off though....
Some of the best sci-fi would also have to include the UK series Humans and of course Firefly. Star Trek DS9 too.
Everything else I can think of originally aired on HBO: GoT, Sopranos, and Boardwalk Empire. Haven't seen the Wire yet.

For my favorite movies all that comes to mind is Pan's Labyrinth and Kill Bill(vol.1 esp.)

Anyone who likes animation should look up Mary and Max, also Cartoon Saloon's Irish Folklore trilogy. Some of the best lesser known movies, animated or otherwise.

Outer Limits and Twilight Zone for fav shows

The originals. Not any remakes or movies.

These shows were super cutting edge for freaky thought provoking sci-fi. Some of it looks silly now but did a permanent job on my brain at the time.

Opening credits of Outer Limits used to scare the bajeebers out of me when I was a kid.

Man that’s tough, there have been some good ones. Top 5, the best was Sons of Anarchy, it left me emotionally scarred. Then Breaking Bad, Homeland, The Punisher and Peaky Blinders.

Alfred Hitchcock presents is classic also. I’ve been watching a few of these for the last few weeks.

I have rewatched I Think You Should Leave so many times. Probably my favorite show at this point. It’s hilarious and gets funnier the more I watch

I freaking loved the reimagined Battlestar Galactica series. I’ve probably watched it thru 4-5 times.
I remember taping all of the Star Trek TNG and DS9 shows. I still have all the vhs tapes.

Since I am now on my own Amazon Prime account…… I’ve been watching The Boys, Reacher and Jack Ryan. What else on Prime is good? I’ve put Wheel of Time on my watchlist(not sure if I’ll like it tho, given I’ve read most of his books) and the Man in the High Castle. I watched the Tomorrow War, wasn’t ‘bad’ but….
