pulled my fathers truck in the garage. jacked it up... time to swap axles once we get back from motocross.. first i have to get the axle off the rollover though.

its been sitting in the driveway with a battery tender on it for 5 months now.. hes itching to drive it again

 

Welding the LCA Gussets on?

 

I wish. I'll have to tear this all apart again after I get those. Needed to re-boot my CVs and replace my LCA bushings, mainly.

After I removed the LCAs I backed up the alignment tabs by welding them. I've also got the alignment cam eliminators.

 

Full hover conversion!

 

Bull bar with LED lights. It's brighter than the LED fog lights. It's great to see it in action..

I think the rim is too wide, for the tire.

 

Been out exploring and camping a bunch so far this summer and also hit 190k on the odometer the other day!

I'd say these are going to be a bit of an upgrade.

 

Anyone who's ever drilled these f'n holes with a hand drill, certainly has my respect... because those were an m'f'er with my drill press.

 

Cleaning up and rebuilding this thing over the next couple weeks and it should be good as new!

 

I was just looking at the steering rack thinking it's going to be a pain to get that rear most alignment tabs in and the factory ones out. I think I'm going to wait until after this next big trip coming up so I don't feel pressured to rush it and have it aligned

 

That looks much more like a Super Charger

 

Pulled the ARB to swap out the falling apart grill and also put in a trans cooler. Damn bumper fought me the entire time trying to remove it. Don't remember it being this much trouble when installing.

Grill clips are shot to hell. Can anyone recommend good quality clips? The last batch I ordered from Amazon sucked.






Red mud dust/remnants left over from one of @2BeersPlease trips... Didn't have time to give it a proper cleaning before we installed it.
Going to give it a good clean and rattle can it before it goes back on.

 

Got my bumper all cleaned and repainted.
