Yea that was my initial plan, I have a ton of Tekton tools and they are good.

I couldn’t find them in stock though.

But I did get the Icon set from eBay for $160/shipped brand new. Should be here tomorrow.

Scratched up just enough to score this before the sale ends.

It’s no bottom roller but it’ll help in the garage a lot!

Started on the bench stand, I have enough scrap metal I might actually make it a floor unit, maybe on wheels.

A little CAD work, the front half was attempt number one

Layout and cutting, I used the bandsaw to make the cuts. Just needed the jigsaw for one spot.

Good point, I almost didn't catch that, but his metal would've caught it.

I know, those are just the screws that came with the saw, used for mock up.
Once I get the rest of the table figured out I’ll do a tally and hit the hardware store for all the little bits.

Due to a F up by HF/Synchrony Bank on my HF credit card, I had to use $150 in HF money today. Their system screwed up when I purchased my backhoe and set it up as a regular purchase rather than a 36mo 0% interest. I caught it on the first statement and contacted them to correct the issue (had a screenshot of the order showing the 36mo plan). They still issued me $150 in "cash" back.
I contacted them when I opened the paper statement and saw the certificates. They said that they couldn't cancel them and to use them because the system will put a negative balance on my points. Said it was my reward money for future purchases.
So, with coupons and the certificates, I got $188.82 worth of stuff for $4.22.

The guy behind me laughed and said "holy crap". The cashier said "here's your Walgreens receipt".

Not yet. It's still on backorder. Hoping they have taken the time to improve the control block. The inlet/outlet ports are too small to be able to use two cylinders at the same time. Fix is to replace the block or bore out and rethread the ports.
The system processed the purchase before it realized they didn't have any on hand to sell. They offered to refund it or keep it active. I told them to keep it active. That way, if the price increases or the coupon isn't available when they become available again, I won't have to pay more in the future.
The way I see it, it will either be a 0% interest savings account, or they are providing free storage of it for me and maybe I'll get an improved model.

Haven't been to a CVS in a long time. But when I went to Walgreens for a passport picture, the receipt was about a foot long for the one item.
