I have 2012 Tacoma great condition 105347 miles garage kept. I got home from work after being gone for 3 weeks. Tried to start it battery seemed dead. Replaced the 140 amp fuse with a 120 cause could find a 140 not trucks but will not go above 1500 rpm and check engine light is on and trac off light is on and radio not working any suggestions

Was the main fuse blown?, if so any idea what blew it?
    What code(s) do you have?

You need to elaborate what happened between these sentences. Jump started? Connected jumper cables incorrectly? Positive jumper cable touched something before connecting to the battery?

Backwards boosted, you need to replace more fuses.

Everything was connected correctly unless my son did something. I've got it back to normal except radio still won't turn on. I've checked all fuses with voltmeter.

I had some other stuff come up. Sorry about the wait. I un hooked battery for third time to let everything reset. After replacing main fuse. (The 140) and now seems to be good. Only issue I have now is the radio will not turn on. So when I get a chance I'll try and see if there's a fuse I missed. This is first issue I have had with it.

Fuses, especially the main 120 amp fuse don’t just blow for no reason. He likely put the cables on reversed or arced it in someway.

I suggest to not be too hard on the kid, if you suspect he made the mistake mentioned. At some point, we were all young and hadn’t learned yet. I did it a few years ago, because someone put the green and red felt pads on reversed, threw me off.
