I did steel on my Taco just because with the wheelbase of long bed I thought I’d hit more stuff. I think I’ll leave steps on till I have sliders in hand. Some plastic and tin might prevent some damage, even if they get completely destroyed. :notsure:

I don’t know how many times sliders prevented damage on my Tacoma! Rocks, trees, stray shopping carts even angry Karen’s that threw open the doors of the Mercedes only to blame me for the now chipped paint on their door.

My 470 is coming along, ive just had higher priorities than skids and sliders so far. Will def be going Alum for the skids though.

Looking good. Sorry to hear about the 'rona. Hope it's mild for your son and the rest of your house can avoid catching it.

    Fucking ‘Rona is a bitch!!!!!!!!!!!

We are all back to negative. A couple days of 104 temp fever sure leaves a guy feeling like shit.:confused: It’s weird how it seemed to affect us all a bit different.

that blows man. I'm fighting one of the worst sinus infections I've had in a couple years right now myself, no fever though.

The fever came along with feeling like I’d been snorting drain-o mixed with glass. I HATE sinus stuff. Yuk.

Time to go try out my new Gazelle tent. It fits so well in the rack. 6E90B79D-507F-4093-8FBC-CED121F2C189.jpgWe’ll see how waterproof the test is. Taking my boys for a weekend camping trip. I’ll look for somewhere to try and put some scratches on the GX.

Thanks! I did two 6 hour drives in it last week. One to drop kids off with grandma and then 5 days later to pick them up. It averaged 18mpg on both trips. It’s so much quieter than the Taco.

Hi mark! I haven’t done anything with GX for a bit. Haven’t hardly even driven it in weeks. Been riding my Harley a lot and working on Triumph. Thought I had miss fire sorted but it’s doing it again. :annoyed:

Nope, new plugs. Pulled all 3 to check them. I need to get some plugs wires made or take them to parts store and match them to something. I tested them but flat on the table vs curved around over the cylinders is a different story. I also need to pull all 3 carbs and clean them really good.

Hi Justin! Get that bike running right yet? Just got mine back on the road after sitting a year. Oil changed and running around a bit. Need to get use to ridding again. Longest break I’ve ever taken as I barely got to ride it before it got stored due to crazy weather.
