    :pccoffee: Good Morning SA! Wife is shuffling a little better each day, but I'm still the fetch it guy. And Rex is the lap warmer. Looks like laundry and house chores for me today. Putting of putz stuff until she's getting around better. I thought a little storm blob to the East would close the fireworks with lightning last night, but they aren't until tonight. So, it was quiet. Rex doesn't like them, so it will be a nervous night for him tonight. Especially the neighbors. Enjoy your 4th!

    We finally got home. Sure was hot out there. It was not too crowded on the military side, which is ideal and best for my PTSD. I did almost drown though. Damn kid let go of a tube and I swam after it. So there I am about 100 meters from shore when I realized “I’d done fucked up!” So I floated on my back a little bit to catch my breath, then over to some teenagers who were on their tube. God decided today was not the day. Sure would have sucked to drown over a $15 tube :rofl:
