This probably goes without saying, but double check that the breaker is off, too.

With "house lights" I had touched up the painted floor the day you asked now that I have all furniture in place and was waiting for the weekend and free time (what's that?) to tidy up projects in there and get good photos.

    Very nice.

Ring spanked Nest/Google for security systems and it sucks for those of us that invested in the Nest/Google security system. Mainly Google bought Nest and dropped manufacturing and app support for a bunch of products.

    :fistbump:

For a no name chair (only brand sticker I found on it said "Ergonomic Chair") it's been a really fantastic chair, the only office chair I've ever had that can recline (and it locks in reclined) and stay balanced for me.

Arguably more comfortable than my legitimate Herman Miller Aero at work.

I did extend the head rest for my liking, and I replaced the original wheels with super smooth and quiet Office Owl casters.

Beyond that It's been one of my best 2nd hand finds and well worth whatever small sum I paid for it. Way way better than a DX racer type chair and has held up great for several years now.

If I knew where to buy one I'd happily get another should I ever need one.

    Damn.

My crash pad needs one of those.

Today I did yard work most all day then had to fix a shelf in a bottom cabinet by the stove for pots and pans. Wife wiped out the stiffener. I put a double stiffener in. Glued and screwed.

I've got a couple doors like that. The only logo is on the top slider. It says Light Touch by ODL. We never slide the blinds all the way up as they seem finicky and are noisy as you mentioned. We only crack them open and closed for daylight.
