These are the measurements of the part that I received- that’s all I know right now. I have a broken wrist so I can’t actually do the swap yet - I thought I would call ECGS on Tuesday and just confirm it.

I have one I’ve been waiting for a good time to put in since April. My measurements read:
    Length: 1.226”
    OD: 1.5985”
    ID: 1.3785

So, closer to the measurements from the other poster than to you, but probably still within tolerances.

Looks like essentially the same measurements. My caliper was from Harbor Freight so I figure there’s some expectation for a different reading.

I've had multiple lifted Tacoma's from 1st to 3rd gen and have never needed the bushing but glad it's an option.

Got my ECGS kit yesterday & was looking for info before I did mine but found this thread so I figured I'd measure the bushing. I used some calipers that had been calibrated at work for reference

    Length 1.250
    O.D. 1.594
    I.D. 1.378

Yea it's heat shrinked all together nicely. Cost about $190ish shipped as the whole kit but should be worth every penny to have all the tools with it
    :fingerscrossed:
