I guess 285s are skinnier than 315. I wouldn't consider them skinny though. Ive had 255/85 before I jumped to 315

 

Generally an inch narrower. Depends on the exact size of what you are selling. By the by, what are we selling?

 

We are selling 5x Cooper ST Maxx 315/75/16 with 42k miles. Decent tread, probably good for about 15k miles. $500 for all 5

But I tell you what, when the time is right, I'm going to try to talk Deb into a hybrid/awd Highlander. And or a Rav. Either way, it will be set up. The Highlander is better for the dogs, if we ever want to go anywhere. A RTT would fit better too. Unless they drop an EV FJ! Her choice of a 4R works but not as friendly at the pump.

When did you decide TO keep them? I have been under the impression all along we were selling them.

I did have 1.5 of them sold and tried to talk the guy into a 3Fer deal but he ghosted me.
