    Our house’s value has doubled since we bought it 5 years ago and it’s still climbing.

    If it keeps this up I’m gonna get a WFH job and move to Gulf Shores.

    I’m in between the number 1 and 9 on this list and it has been trending for the past 5 years upwards. I got in relatively cheaper for the area and it’s paying off big time. Only thing really holding the area I live in back is improving the school system. They have some beautiful houses with land not to far away from me.

    Good luck lol that area just as bad as Huntsville if not worse as far as home prices lol. My moms house has almost tripled in 7 years.

    Other than the job market there is really no reason to live in Huntsville metro.
