You need a bigger spacer (like 1.5 or 1.75"), not a smaller one. Going to 0.75" will make the rubbing worse. You want to reduce your backspace, not increase it.

I am rubbing the pinch weld area with the front wheels with the 1.25" not the rear shocks.

Your post mentioned you are rubbing the rear shock, which is what I was responding to. Didn't see any mention of the front shock.

Oh, it didn't make sense, we thought you meant rubbing the rear shock

Hammer the pinch weld area or run a 3/4" spacer up front, 1.25" out back

I ran 255/80-17 on 17x7.5 et 15, 4.75" BS with 1.25" spacers up front and it would rub the stock front cab mount slightly, your wheel centerline would stick out 1/4" more (only 7" wide, can't directly compare BS)

Sorry I should have been more clear, I am rubbing up front, I have plenty of room on the rear shock.

That's true I could just run different sized spacers front and back. Do you think a 3/4" would rub the shock, that would be 3.41BS?

Thank you both for the quick responses.

I do think it might rub rear shock, I'd stay 1.25" out back

I think I will try the BFH method first and see if I still have issues. Thanks.

Installed the rear archive setup but have a couple questions for you guys to get it dialed.

For the E brake line, how have you guys attached the deaver u402 leaf spring to the line so that it doesn’t rub?

I bought a u bolt flip kit and have a total chaos king hydro mount. I’m likely going to swap this out for a locked off road hydro so that I can adjust the bump upwards. Does a locked or fox hydro mount place the bump stop in the middle of the plate without rubbing?

Currently my king hydros clip one bolt in certain circumstances. They also limit my uptravel the way they are…

Is a better option to just revert to normal u bolts and a hydro plate?

Drill the ebrake cable loop hole to 3/8 and see which leaf clip it fits best at for full doop.

The kickout on the plate should be pointing outboard for when axle is angled.
We now offer a bolt-on air bump plate that attempts to put distance between the ubolt nuts, plus lower profile nuts and thinner washers

I haven't heard any issues with Locked bumps

Sounds good, just ordered the plate and shortened bolts.

Does anyone know which hydro bump setup allows for the max uptravel with SOA? Looking at Icon, Fox, and Locked which all have adjustable mounts. Looks like Icon and Fox can be adjusted the highest while also giving space for the ubolt bolts to have clearance with the frame. Pictures stolen from previous posts in the thread.

Total Chaos mid-travel front. JD Fab SUA rear.
In reality, I think the bump stop mounts would have to be a custom fab for your specific application. Each leaf pack is going to bump differently and there is too many variables with the different brands/sizes/lengths of hydro bump stops out there. Or, go the easy route and get an off the shelf kit that works closest to 100%.

did you have to order king shocks with a longer hose to mount the resi on the frame rail?

I didn't install limit straps since the leaf springs essentially act as my limit straps.

Yea it would only be an issue if you had a spring pack that allowed for extra droop more than your shock like a chevy 63 or something.

These are for my Chevy 63 setup. Let me know if you need measurements from a specific reference point.
