Do any of yall know the name of the coat hanger clip in an access cab? I found a similar one to what I need online, I'm just trying to confirm it's right. I don't have the rear grab bar, just a single hook on either side but I broke one. Thanks!

    Finally mounted the boards.

Materials: Parts of an IKEA bunk bed pulled from the trash and some nuts and bolts.

The oblong tube was cut to 58-1/2” with the M6 threaded inserts centered. There are (5) per tube.

I really like the Fabtech cargo rack ($560) with the traction board mount ($150) and the shovel mount ($80) but I don’t have that kind of money for something so simple. Fabtech probably lost my business forever just pricing this out.

Build a trailer to pull my cooler and sometime the kid. The cooler can get heavy with ice, food, and water. It cost me only $15 for a rusted wagon but the wheel mechanism is still good. Everything else is from around the house. The best part is, the handle fit perfectly into the shackle. This will save a lot of space in the bed for other stuff.

TRD skid plate! Feeling so mainstream and trendy with this one :D nice piece for sure though.

definitely not my favorite install. It’s not hard but it’s awkward holding that thing in place even on a jack. Thankfully I’ll only need to remove it every once in a while.

Finally got around to installing my "silly" raptor lights. Actually, they really do serve a purpose. I wired them to come whenever the truck is running instead of just when the headlights are on. My thinking is, when my headlights are on I'm already pretty visible. I wanted something to make me more visible during the day. But, I also like the way they look! Hardest part was running the wires and making them neat. I'm a little OCD like that. Getting the red power wire into the fuse box through that little opening took some time. Also installed amber LED fog lights and made myself the "TACO" sticker.

Cashed in a few old Amazon gift cards...
Rough Country Seat Covers and generic armrest cover.
This was NOT as easy an install as expected. To make it easier, I did unbolt the seats but left in the cab.
    About 1.5 hrs to install.

I like the ingenuity and overall look, but my OCD would get the best of me and I would have to have those boards perfectly centered with the cab.
Always a bonus when you can accomplish a goal for cheap. Good job.

Next month I'm going to throw some 33s on it. Trying to decide if I go with Falken Wildpeak pizza cutters in 255-80-17 or 285-70-17 KO2s to match my trailer. Leaning toward the 285s.

What did you tie the raptor lights into? I'd like mine to come on when I use the remote start during the winter. I don't think anything comes on(including headlights) until you get in and use the start button.
