Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
I'm 63, I get stranger looks when I pull my helmet off and people realize that the guy that just rode up on the hooligan bike has a white mohawk. You grow older, you don't have to grow up.

54 here... picked up my first Tacoma yesterday, 2020 TRDOR. It's my second Toyota truck. I had an 86 years ago that was a great truck. I came from a 2018 Jeep JLU on 38's. I needed something a little more reasonable and comfortable to run around in.

Bought mine one to commute back and forth to the university. She lost everything in a divorce when she was 30, didn’t have much to her name when we met, was taking the bus to school that took an hour, which was 10-15 minutes normally by car. Originally bought a basket case ‘72 that needed a ground up restoration, then a buddy of mine spotted this ‘73 sitting at an abandoned gas station that was already done. Happened that a VW/Porsche/Audi mechanic owned, so it had fairly hot engine in it. Fast for a VW. Had it for 8 years, sold it to a restorer in the Netherlands before we moved, that was an interesting experience selling a vehicle overseas to say the least. It helped with the down payment on the new house. Thought of getting another one, but she wants a 4Runner now. She sure liked the orange, so maybe Solar Octane for the Runner.

78 and rising! 3 Tundra's and 2 Tacoma's. Last is a 2020 TRDSBOR. Now has 34K miles...will sell at 50K or so and order and new one. Maybe sooner as change tire time for me is time to trade.

    67 here

3rd Tacoma. I've lived long enough never to buy a substandard (& overpriced) cheapo.

I’m 76 and on last of several Tacos. Not interested in any other vehicle. Miss the MT though. (The AT does go easier on old guys )

I'm 61 and this is my first Tacoma. I bought it new in 2016. Tacoma World has gotten me hooked doing mods. Doing mods makes me feel like I'm 16 again working on my first truck. I can't wait to see the next mod for me that I can't live without. I'm having so much fun with this truck. I will get another one in the future when this one wears out. I'm at 94,300 miles now. I love the inferno color!

VW buses huh, here’s me in my original 64 camper back in the early 1980s. It was the shagging wagen.

    62. Bought my first Taco, 2017, on 1/31/18. Have really enjoyed owning it. Take it everywhere and never drive the wife's car.

    Here's a thread that's been around a while and I just noticed.

I recently celebrated my 56th Birthday the last week of June. This is my first New Toyota truck purchased last May/2021 and I love it!

I've had bilateral knee replacement (2018) and have no problems getting in & out of my truck. I still have lower back problems but I resolve it as needed.

EDIT: I just noticed the year this thread was started, I turned 50.

Just turned 51 this past Sunday and picked up my 1st Tacoma 2 weeks earlier. Loving the truck, making changes already and digging the forum!
