    2022 Lunar Rock Tacoma TRD Sport
    I ordered my new Tacoma TRD sport in lunar rock on March 26th and drove it home on June 24th. So about 3 months for it to come home. They actually had a shipping hold on it and the original delivery date was August 3rd. Btw picture doesn't do it justice!!IMG_20220623_190049054.jpg

    2022 is a challenging year for sure.

    Remember, TW will help you spend that hard-earned money on upgrades/improvements. I'm sure my expenses in the past year are more than $3K but less than $5K.

    Talked to my dealer last night, absolutely no hint of confidence that he'll ever get my truck. Went home and started canvasing all dealers within a couple hundred miles or close to a direct flight away.

    Thank you. I have the app for my 4runner so entered the Vin and shows truck but no miles anything else supposed to be built tomorrow I believe. In the words of Tom Petty the waiting is the hardest part..thanks for info

    Finally!!! After placing my deposit on January 18th for a Lunar Rock TRD OR DBL Cab I got an email today that it will be built Aug 8th. It's been a long ass wait but finally some progress. Is buying parts before I get it taboo?

    Probably taboo to start buying parts :D... but who knows. I've already "lost" two trucks that were reserved for me. The first truck was effectively cancelled - The v-spec showed everything I asked for, but two days later, the color mysteriously changed from Lunar to White, and all packages were removed. Then, on the second truck, everything looked perfect again, but I was informed BSM and RCTA features would be deleted even though it had the Advanced Tech package... so I rejected the truck.

    I received door unlock alerts on the Toyota app for the first time this morning. I also now have 2 miles showing on the odometer.
