Ours are blowing up right now, just gave a friend a bunch of squash, zuchs, green beans, cucumbers.

 

Man I love me some zucchini bread from the local coffee shop. Who ever is making that stuff has me hooked. It’s like banana bread with a twist…would never think a Zucchini was in there.

 

My wife was going to make zucchini bread today, but instead she got a case of the Covid.

Tired, fever, that’s about it. For now.

 

I found a key hack. So if you are making banana bread add one packet of banana pudding. If you are making blueberry with yellow cake add 1 packet of vanilla pudding.

 

You somehow wrote all of my favorite things into 2 sentences.

 

I never woulda thought it but found it in some little mini loaves as part of ingredients at a local greenhouse that they had for sale. It was really good, i looked at wife and said why didnt we think of it

 

My friend makes some sort of pudding cake with blueberries. I will get the recipe. She makes a yellow cake, pokes holes in it, fills the holes with pudding, layered in whip cream, topped with blueberries.

Yep basically mixed in the bread, the pudding adds moisture and flavor.

Are locally grown produce should be getting ready for the picking soon. We're late bloomers.

I been thinking of trying different bakery to see if they make bread from different vegetation.

Are Lebanese sandwich shop sells meat pie with a gallon of grease.

I rather have Scrapple.

There more grease in those meat pies than Mobil has.

The meat pies sells out in an hour. I don't know how or why. It's a heart attack on a plate.

 

Got some pudding zucchini Bread in oven....might be a fail we will see shortly
