    i was looking at my truck today and noticed it seems to lean slightly to the driver side and though maybe i was on un even ground so i pulled to a flat spot in my parking lot and it still seemed to do that same so i took at tape measure and measured the distance on all for tire to the fender so see if there is a difference and there was, the passager side distance was 1/2 an inch greater then the driver side:S?

    anyone know why this would be or is im just seeing things or do i have something broken in the truck

    you have taco lean. nothing much to worry about...most of our trucks lean to the drivers side slightly due to weak leaf springs.

    Try turning it around 180 degrees. It has to do with the curve of the earth and your location on it.:D

    yeah the measurements are like that (1.75).. thanks for the help guys..
    now is there anyway to adjust or fix this or just let it be?

    No harm to the truck to leave it like that but if it bothers you...
    some people have used spacers/shims in the leaf pack. or do it the TW way and go all out on a new suspension. Most aftermarket suspensions account for the lean and correct it.

    Did not mean to be short. It was a quick answer between cod matches.

    NB, you don't have to do anything about it if you don't want to. The 4wd models are sometimes worse because of the transfer case weight. The toytec shim will level it out, but unless it really bothers you, save some $$ and forget you ever noticed. :)
