    Dude, I feel a shade of your back pain...
    My lower back has been bothering me on and off last three weeks. Sea state was a little rough coming back in Thursday. When I got outta the boat my lower back muscles were spasming. When I took my waders off my shirt and gym shorts were damp and I started shivering ... the combination was miserable. Luckily once I got some dry clothes and warmed up everything calmed down. I wasn't sure which way it was heading for about 15 mins or so. This getting old crap ain't fun sometimes...but I reckon it beats the alternative.

    Ugh ,sorry . I’m kind of stable at the moment ,I just can’t overdo it . Dr seems to think it’s mostly my SI joint . MRI not until August 6th . I take Tylenol arthritis when it bothers me and I also get down on the floor and do a 12 minute stretch routine I found on YouTube. Lots of them on there just type in stretching !
