i used this as a guide. Doubled everything in the recipe except for eggs, oil, and used one pack vanilla pudding. Omitted lemon juice and zest since i didnt use lemon pudding. Baked 45 min then covered with foil for another 15min on the bigger one. The smaller was done at 45 min.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

Harvested today. Would've gotten more, but rain started getting heavier and heavier.
Maybe try again tomorrow. Kids left quite a bit behind.

Thanks. We are in the Greensboro, NC outskirts. My soil is a mixture of topsoil and cow/horse manure. Corn goes nuts on this stuff. No supplement fertilizer needed. Okra does well in it too

    your okra looks excellent!
This is first year working this soil, so hopefully gets better. Normal stuff is doing good. Zucchini, squash, cucumbers, tomato's and green beans.

Great haul for sure. At least another 3-4 weeks before any surface here. That’s if everythin’ goes well. :fingerscrossed:

Thank you. I've found that any squash, cukes, and beans are easy to grow. In fact two or three plants will tend to over produce for our family. I've have trouble with tomatoes. I think my soil may be holding too much moisture or something.
Amend your soil with some cow/horse manure mixed with sawdust and you will have trouble keeping up with your harvest.
