    I'm a 48 year old carpenter who spends his time off hiking heavy packs into the alpine. My back gets me through but it's days are numbered.
    No PTO other then 3 sick days a year per Cali law.
    I use my own vehicle and pay my own gas but do get a small fuel stipend.


    I'm looking at this from just a work standpoint not taking into account any market gains or losses. If BBIG or TYDE blasts off this question will become null and void. lol

    It's a good opportunity that will easily lead to advancement within 5 years. Then the pay scale will be closer to where I'm at currently.
