Yes mine work at slow speed. I would just like to be able to turn the rear camera on while I'm driving. But I also like all the current features my system has. I dont think I would want to give up overhead view or side view camera

Were you able to get a working front camera? I also went from 2.0 to 3.0 and got the updated Car Solutions kit and I can't get the front camera to work.

Yes - I was able to use the same front camera I had when I had the stock Entune 2.0 head unit. I wonder if it might be your switch settings on the back of the new Germes unit? I can't remember, but I think I ran into the same issue you have - I think I just matched the switch settings from the old 2.0 unit to the 3.0 one and that fixed it. I hope that helps!

I appreciate the reply. The 2.0 unit doesn't have any DIP switches BUT I actually just figured it out. There's three "data" plugs ( plugs with very small gauge wires) right in a row. Two off them are used for the both the 2.0 kit and the 3.0 kit. I was plugging one of the plugs into the plug FURTHEST from the black connector. The other, larger one in the middle. Everything plugged right in. Everything on the radio worked except the front camera. I could tell the module wasn't getting power as the instructions said LEDs should illuminate behind the white connector on the Germes Lab module. I have been messing with this thing for a few days now. I thought I had a bad module. Then, while I was sitting there contemplating returning it, I noticed that the plug CLOSEST to the black plug looked to be the same. I also remember somewhere on the forum someone mentioned getting these plugs mixed up. Sure enough, switched the plugs and it fired right up. I have the 3 DIP switch off so only 1 & 2 are on. I didn't bother to see if it would work the way it was sent to me, with 1,2, and 3 on. I was just happy it worked.

I couldn't remember on the 2.0 version - I had given it to a buddy of mine. Yes - a lot of plugs on the back and I couldn't remember on the DIP switches - I thought at least one was off. Glad you were able to get it up and going!

I thought long and hard about this and decided I'd rather have the switch in the middle of the dash where it's easy access. I'm afraid the steering wheel controls will be in the wrong setting, and I'd have to start pressing buttons to find it, whereas with the button visible on the dash.

Myself I have my steering buttons set for the 4 tire psi setting.

There is no messing up. Straight forward, easy and I have never had one issue. Look at the videos on the tube.

The buttons you press - MODE, CH up, and CH down on the left hand side of the steering wheel are the only buttons used. The buttons to change those screens your talking about use the directional pad and return button on the right hand side of the steering wheel.

We've installed countless Germes and are pretty happy with them, also on our on trucks with no complaints!

got the anytime with the natika "hd" camera. works well and i like the fact that it has a solid oem looking switch that illuminates with light switch. easy for the wife to use and anybody who drives the truck. switch looks like it belongs in those open switch slots and one less empty slot.

Has anyone used either of these kits on a 23? I assume would be the same as the 22 but Anytime states on R4T "THE 2020-2022 KIT WILL NOT WORK WITH ANY OTHER YEAR"
The upside I'm seeing on the Germes kit is it does not have a switch and uses the steering controls. I have an 8 gauge switch panel I'm not interested in doing another add a fuse. Looks like you still have to route through the firewall.
If using the Anytime Front Camera, has anyone wired it to an 8 Gauge panel?

Are you talking an 8 "gang" switch panel? You should be able to use the panel fine with the Anytime Front Camera. R4T probably hasn't updated their website to include 23. 20-23 use 3.0 Entune headunits as opposed to the 2.0 units used in the previous years.

Yes the auxbeam 8 guage; that was my thought about the web site as well. So with that logic i would assume the Germes kit would work bieng made for the Entune 3.0 system.

There's 2 kits for the Germes. 20-23 and 16-19. The 20-23 is for the 3.0 Entune
