    Damn, you still haven't washed your winter clothes?? ;)

    Busy day, getting ready for the 1st day of the new job tomorrow. Last week I must have found some poison ivy with the weed whacker, the same day that I was wearing the OSHA approved safety sandals and shorts..... the blisters are finally starting to heal and go away but for the 1st few days I thought that if I go to a Patient First for an examination, they would throw me into some type of Level 8 pathogen containment bubble. I finally got some Benadryl spray that started working.

    yesterday was my day of rest.
    i stayed home this weekend to save on gas and get the trucks cleaned up. shoulda done one yesterday and one today but i was feeling lazy.
    Chebby and the camper are washed. too hot to wax now so that will have to wait until later. Toy may have to wait for another day too.

    camping clothes!

    there should be a law against cooking bacon in a campground unless you have enough to share with everyone! i swear i start salivating as soon as I get a whiff of bacon cooking in camp

    while i was out washing the camper earlier my neighbor - my local @Tacoma Mike clone - came over to ask how i was getting the bugs off the nose of the camper so easily.
    dryer sheets. wrap a used sheet or two around your car wash sponge and scrub. doesn't take too much elbow grease and the bugs come off like magic! works on the grill/bumper too. he was amazed.
    so i finished up, showered, and left to go to the grocery store. as i was leaving i noticed he had backed his truck out of the garage and was washing it, trying out my dryer sheet trick. :laugh:

    i mean... are you SURE you weren't separated at birth? :laugh:
    pretty sure he and i are the only two on the street who hand wash their rigs. and we're usually the first two to have the driveways shoveled in the winter.
    he gets a kick out of me doing stuff to the trucks. comes over to see what i'm up to, makes sure i got everything i need, then leaves me to it. everyone on the block thinks he's a grump but he's nice to me.
