Holy crap I want these. Anyone know what setup we need from this on our stock 3rd gen tie rods?

I believe they may work for either. From what I remember you just choose rod diameter from your current inners. If the rod diameter matches to one of their selections then you will be good to go.

Been wanting to do this exact thing when I get a new steering rack….heim ends with the WarFab sleeves. How’s it going so far? Any regrets switching to the heims? Any crazy noises? Lol

It’s going great. After wheeling trips I throw some lube on them and clean them up. I haven’t had any noises out of the ordinary. My truck has quite a few noises of it’s own lol

I was tearing boots left and right so this was a great upgrade for me. I would recommend it for sure.

Good to hear. Yeah I got some noises going on too but don’t wanna add any crazy ones from the heims lol but nice I was wondering how it would be pairing those 2 together. Def gonna try them when I put in a new rack.

Hell yeah!! The diameters of the outers and these sleeves match up exactly the same which was a bonus.

Awesome! The tie rod ends are pretty much the last booted ball joints on the front end of mine. Have TC uppers and just acquired TC lowers from a friend that's putting his truck back to stock but they need a major overhaul. Just want to make sure I order the right ones, are they 16mm?

Damn that’s awesome. Lowers will be nice and shouldn’t be too bad to refresh. Yep 16mm is correct.

Not too bad. Just a little pricey so it takes me a while to gather funds for parts. New misalignment spacers and bolts were around $300 alone. New job should speed up the process hopefully since I won't be spending so much on gas

If you want to double shear it then you can get the shear kit alone and it will work with these. I don’t have a tundra rack and if that bolt were to shear off I can reach in my parts bin and put a new one on. I’d rather that then having to do a steering rack on the side of the trail.

I’ll give you my main reason. I can’t weld.

you might be able to mail extra spindles via direct or local to be welded. Or get a welder and learn. Or pay a local who welds for labor. But I bet they have a jig in house to set up the position of the parts.

Probably already mentioned, but these work just fine with JD Fab Dual Shear Steering. Don't even have to remove the front tires to install these!

Front end tire area is done. For now!
