I usually wake up 3-4 times, mostly because the bulging disc in my neck and can’t get comfortable. Usually wind up on the couch which is where I’ve been since 5:00 :annoyed:

Have you felt bad or just tested positive?

I know people who have tested positive and not felt bad is why I ask.

    Good Morning
Like normal, laid down at 10PM, slept 'til 2AM. I'll try to lay back down in about an hour. 12 1/2 yrs on mids...this is my norm, 4 hrs solid sleep a couple times a day. If I get run down, I'll sleep 6 hrs, happens occasionally.

    Have a great day. :)

In same scenario… I can only offer what works for me: medicine = Gabapentin it’s a nerve block and allows me to act normal. The second is a curved pillow (sleep number, standard… cheapest one they have … $49?). I love that thing, always comfortable. I can get you specifics if you are interested.

Both. Me, the wife, and kiddo all tested positive and felt like crap. They got it a little worse with fever and a wicked cough. I didn’t get much of a fever but had a sore throat and sinus stuff. I think we’re all on the downhill side of it now.

Sure, pillows make a lot of difference. When I had the MRI done on my neck the doctor told me they would have to fuse my neck together since the bulging disc are on top of each other. He told me to put off surgery as long as I can, that was 12 years ago and they aren't getting any better.

My dad has degenerative disc disease and has had 8 or 9 back surgeries. His is so bad they can't do anything else for it, he's 72.

My uncle married a woman from Indiana, when they got married she was putting their address books together. He came home from work and she was on fire. She said who are all these women and why are there stars beside their names?????

He played a lot of golf when he was single and had the golf course names in his book with stars beside them, Dawn Acres, Belle Aire, etc.:rofl::rofl:

Saw this table in a restaurant yesterday. It was oak, 2” thick and around 34-36” wide. Long enough for 5 people on one side. It was beautiful.

While my drum sander can do up to 38 inches, my chainsaw mill with my 36 in bar only gives me about 28 inches of cutting width.. that table is awesome!

you could post it over here too - https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/any-woodworkers.271012/

Doctor gave sold me one of them years ago, you put water in a bag and hang it over a door. It didn't help.
