Sold this last year. I rode for 35 years with many cross country trips. Surprisingly, I don't miss riding.

Love this bike, but its cramped being 6'1" with a 31" seat height.

From the last pic posted, painted the exhaust shields and added a small mask around the headlight.

I am a firm believer everybody needs a Grom in their collection of bikes. I still need to ride the tail of the dragon on a bike, been multiple times in a car.

Picked up my first bike today, very excited about it, my dad will be picking his up (same bike) in about 2 weeks.
Put a few miles on it in the front yard doing low speed maneuvering and then drove the street in front of the house until it got too late.

Time to buy protective gear, take a class, put some miles on it, and adventure with my buddies.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Hells yeah! Enjoy yourself. Remember eyes forward, site seeing is for passengers! Quickest thing you will learn is how fast your situation changes.
Pick up a cheap dirtbike when you can, it will make your dual sporting skills go they the roof.
Remember, your bike will steer wherever your looking, so when things get funky. Don’t stare at trees lol

I really thought my 1290r super duke was the most comfy I have owned being 6’2.
I ride most street fighters or big twins now. I don’t think I could ever get back on the RC51 and put laps down at this point :( was a torture rack.

I hear you, the naked bikes and dirt bars are super comfortable to ride fast and more upright. Its mostly proper conditioning for the track to be comfortable ride an entire session throughout the day, and getting older doesn't help. Began doing more leg workouts at the gym and trying to get in a TD every three weeks so the stamina isn't lost.

Yep, I’m making sure to concentrate on riding, I find it more thrilling to focus on riding and if it’s pretty I’ll just pull over and stand on the shoulder for a second.
I learned very quickly that you will steer where you’re looking, was trying to avoid a pile of dog mess in the yard and was watching it to keep track of it and found myself nearly on top of it as I rode by.

As of last night the bike has 85 miles on it, safety class is scheduled, gear is on its way, by the end of the week when I can ride again I should have my gear.
The gravel road was a little squirrelly, it’s that way in trucks also, and the mud was fairly slick also, off road was an interesting experience.

When it gets squirrelly, pinch the bike with your knees and thighs and sit up a little closer to the gas tank.
