Thanks! I am fully addicted and a fool when it comes to how much I spend on this truck. Though, to be fair, it will be my full time home here in the near future. Definitely cheaper than a house!

As far as maintenance goes, JD says nothing about it. Most websites say to just leave them be, keep them clean, but don't lubricate them. Expect to replace them every ~3 years depending on driving habits, environment, cleanliness, etc.

How would you keep the inner tie rod locked onto the threads without a jam nut?

Received mine Monday, haven't opened them...waiting to throw these on once I get back to replacing coilover spherical bearings...might as well align all the work before getting an alignment:D

Mine showed up Monday. Nice and stout pieces with a cool finish. Thanks for getting these made Warfab.

According to my digital caliper it looks like I'll have to hog out a few mm of the outermost end of the sleeve to be able to fit over the inner bulge of the tie rod on the third gen to get my tie rod to the same length it is now. A small modification for such a cool part that shouldn't take more than a few extra minutes. The kit looks perfect and like it will fit great everywhere, but due to my alignment specs it looks like I'll overlap the inner bulge on the end by a few mm. My tie rods are stock, but if you 3g guys have a digital caliper give this a onceover before you install if it looks like you'll be overlapping that bulge at all.

This sounds like what @Speed Freek had to do to get mine on. I wasn't watching closely, I was busy figuring out the pinout for my '02 Tundra tow harness.
