Uhhhh, c'mon......syrupy? I do 83. When I am finally able to add my spacers I will likely do whatever the book says. I don't mess around with the torque Gods.

Idk about anyone else, but as I sit here at work, I have a burning urge to wrench on something. Like I cannot wait to do my spark plugs and wires. I even looked at plugs and o2 sensors for my wife's 16' Civic. Man, her upstream and downstream sensors are CRIMINALLY expensive. Like how in the hell. I just. want. to. wrench!!!

Ive been thinking about revalving my IM shocks/struts because I’m curious if I can get the ride even better…. But then I think about how it’ll end and that I have absolutely no reason or need to do it…

That said, I need to either move my wheels forward or raise the coils up a bit to stop some rubbing at the mall and DQ trails…

Since they're chromed, I would bedline them. Normally frowned upon for frame work, your corners are different. Since they're sealed so to speak, if moisture ever does between it and the bumper it won't matter. Unlike a steel frame.

I say bedliner because plastidip is great for certain things but maybe not the corners. Both types of coating are easy to fix should you damage it but bedliner is way more durable. Both costabout the same, will require the same prep. Well, maybe a little more on the chrome. But seriously, a little. I like the stuff I used on my cap. I got it from Harbor Freight. I first saw it on Jim's @pdenajim sliders that he did. It looked great. And he's old AF!

They sell them but meh, do it yourself. I hear they are a pain to get off and you will most likely break clips. I would prepare for that. You can buy them buy the bag, hundreds, different types and sizes, and most come with a tool. That tool will save your sanity.

I'm right there with you on wanting to improve ride quality. My front struts have been leaking a wee bit and have a little over 100K miles on them. Billy 5100's with Tundra springs. I'd love to experiment with OME, Toytec, hell even Dobinsons. I think the ride quality is probably still very good for having that kind of mileage on the components, but it's that little part of me that goes hmmm, what if I tried this instead...
And you're doing it for research and development, of course. There's always a reason to do it! Lol.

oh........I did not. However I think my savings will ultimately outweigh free oil and filters. Hell, they wanted another 45 to do the in-cabin filter.

Yea, something about letting it melt in your mouth unadulterated is best.

Ahhh, that's nice of you to chaperone to a cool ass concert like that at your age
Be careful though :turtleride: with your hips in the latrine lines with those :rasta: kids.
And if it's a female in the urinal next to you absolutely do not look over the wall!
    Unless she winks.

Saw a red and black S2000 when we were at the vet the other day, in the dealership next to it. I so wanted to go look but didn't want Deb to think I was insensitive......so I will have to go back.

Hmmmm, who is this mystery man comin' in here asking Muya to throw caution into the wind? Throwin' Caution Into The Wind is my middle name. My first name is Here, Hold My Beer, Watch This. My last name is, Oh Shit That's Gonna Be Expensive To Fix This Time You Idiot.

I got the idea of changing my name after watching the Wesminister Gog Show

Hold My Beer, Watch This Throwin' Caution Into The Wind Oh Shit That's Gonna Be Expensive To Fix This Time You Idiot is my registered name, ya know, at the center where I am administrator, on days I get to wear the stethoscope.

Welcome to nut house Matt! :hattip:
