This is the 4 drawer tech cart. This has some of the stuff I use when I’m working on the vehicles. I started sorting my sockets with the aluminum rails, then I scored the orange socket organizer off eBay and think I’m going to go in that direction now. I’m waiting for the 5 drawer to go back “on sale” then I’ll transfer all of this stuff to it and use this cart for the electrical/wiring/meter stuff that occupies the blue cart I currently have. That cart is going to my dad once I’m done.

Anyone use the Pulaski? Originally I wanted a pickax, but changed my mind to the Maddock. Found the store was out and stumbled upon the Pulaski. I'm going to use it mostly for a greenhouse build, where I'm going to dig a trench for a stem wall in root infested clay soil. More roots than soil. Seems nice, the handle is a bit thin.

I have one of those. Works well when you’ve got a bunch of roots to deal with, more so than a maddock. My issue was bluestone in the ground. They’re two separate tools that kinda look similar but one can’t substitute for the other. For $23 it’s worth it. Mine has a yellow handle too; got it at Home Depot but I’m sure it’s the same company making them.

I've been needing a small tool box/cart, why aren't these worth it anymore? has the quality gone down? even under $300 it seems like a good deal to me, based on the prices of similar other products out there.

yes, price went up almost $100, making it a not so great a deal anymore. If you are a ITC member, the 5 drawer carts are $239, which isn’t that bad, but Memorial Day weekend these were $199. I’m personally holding out for another $199 deal, then I’ll pounce. I drove up to PA to take advantage of this past weekend’s sale and bought two of the end cabinets. I had one, now I have 3, lol.

oh ok, cool. yea still doesn't seem like a bad deal to me, but $199 would obviously be better!

the 4 drawer cart was on sale this weekend for $199. It’s a good cart, but the 5 drawer is better.

The handle seems a bit thin for my hands, but it does have holes. I imagine wood handles/grips could be shaped to fit and attached through the holes...

The wooden ones were kind of shaped like that plastic one, Almost like an Axe handle I guess you could say. I still have mine out in the shed and a Combi Tool mounted on my Razor.

glad I grabbed mine during that sale.

a buddy purchased the "14 foot" telescoping ladder this past weekend. Unboxed it and it measured 11 feet. took it back and they opened another in the store, also 11 feet. Be warned, the 14 foot ladder isn't 14 feet.

I have the cheap one; 70 bucks or so. It isn't very powerful, but it does the stuff I use it for.

Having never used one before, I thought I'd give it a try. If I was to do it over, I'd buy a more powerful one.

Edit: holy crap, they're $100 now. Definitely not worth that.
