    Hey there peeps!

Im doing some camping with the girl friend at Bon echo provincial park from Friday to Saturday morning July 29-30.

Saturday July 30 around 9-30am is when I'd like to start at 44.983176,-77.268044 which is a few km north of Bon Echo, ultimately ending up at 44.855754,-77.565589. This is Killer lake trail from east to west stopping at Whitefish lake 44.902316,-77.404370 to eat something / possibly camp. This all depends on time of day and speed of travel 44.88366,-77.53734 might be the end /Weslemkon lake rd then home. This route is 45km total If all is going well and time of day is still early id like to take the Egan creek trail 44.891691,-77.539843 which turns into the spruce lake trail to Egan lake 44.987068,-77.643297 and sourrounding area for camp/dinner.

Sunday head out northwest towards hwy 28/ bancroft to home. (Mississauga)

This second route is 54 km total with Egan lake being around the 35 km mark. This route is not set in stone and if someone has a suggestion or a recommendation it would be great!

This is mostly gravel /fire access roads from some spots might need some more attention from the looks of it. The Killer lake trail is rated 3 but turns into a level 2 at whitefish lake. The trail from Weslamkoon lake rd up to Egan creek rd is gravel/ access road. From what ive read online and people have posted saying the access roads around that area are alot more improved for travel but this is taken with a grain of salt.

This is all crown land, ive been researching this spot for a few weeks now.
If any members here have any suggestions or have traveled this route it would be appreciated greatly. The o4wd forum and trail index havent really updated this spot for a while and id like to really check it out.

Here is a picture of my truck if anyone decides to come up again my name is David.

I do that run quite often with the Bancroft Overland Club. Last time was a couple weeks ago. You can figure on the Mazinaw Powerline Trail from hwy 41 to Hughes Landing Rd taking about 3 to 4 hours. Longer if you go into Whitefish Lake. Hughes Landing Rd is a good gravel forest access rd. And Weslemkoon Rd is all paved. There are a couple nice, but easy trails from Egan Creek Trail over to Mayo Lake Rd you can add to your route. And Mississippi Rd over to Hartmere Rd is another good one.

Hey! Thanks for the input. I was actually looking at hughes landing also as it starts just south of Bon Echo.
So from east to west hughes landing is approximately 3-4 hrs? Obviously longer if i decide to go up to white fish then correct? Would the forest access road be approximately the same?

Honeslty there are so many trails in and around that area so little time on the weekend lol. I need a whole week but i will keep those suggestions in mind thanks again!

From your coordinates 44.983176,-77.268044 to 44.855754,-77.565589 is about 4 hours. That includes about 3 hrs of powerline trail which you refer to as Killer Lk Tr. Hughes Landing Rd is just a forest access rd and would take about an hour to cross if you went that way.
There are a few pics on FB from our Bancroft Overland Club run across the powerline trail,
